Infrastructure To cater to the increasing demands of our clients, we have a robust infrastructure that helps us to offer quality Knitting, Weaving & Sewing Accessories, decorative and home furnishing products. We possess state-of-art infrastructure which is spread across an area of 3000 square feet with an installation capacity of 2000 units. Our infrastructure is well-furnished with the sophisticated machines and modern testing amenities. Henceforth, the entire production technique is done as per the recommended industrial norms.
We have following sections in our infrastructure:
- Cleaning Section: Cleaning of the items is done with the help of a chemical in this section before undertaking Lacquering Process.
- Quality Checking Section: This is a separate section where all the checking process takes place, before and after undertaking the Lacquering Process.
- Packing Mod: Our entire range is packed in this department using crafts paper and then finally in poly bags.
- Dies And Patterns Section: Die and Pattern section enables for the best arrangement for the development of new items under the supervision of experts.
- Polishing Section: This section handles the polishing of our range using high-tech machines.
- Machinery Section: This section has all the machines used in manufacturing process.
Some of the machines that are installed in our manufacturing unit includes:
- Machineries Lacquering Plants: We have one electrophoresis plant and three lacquering plants that are used for lacquering of our range in our work shop. Additionally, we make use of Durocoat and Berlac materials in the lacquering process to ascertain the best quality of Lacqer and excellent adhesion.

Recently, we have installed gravity die casting, special arrangement for skin packing and wrapping of the items. These machines are regularly checked in order to ensure their effective performance and hence smooth, uninterrupted production process. In addition to this, we also have three diesel electric power generating sets that have total capacity of 250 KVA. These gensets ensures constant production in the event of power failure.

We have a well-developed quality department where our quality assistant staff checks every item in accordance with the original specification before undertaking the Lacquering Process. We have 20 workers in our filling section who are engaged in the filling of products. The process of filling of the items is done manually through labour and belt grinders. Additionally, we have 25 sand-casting furnace that are used for brass casting. More than 30 persons are engaged in our casting work.

Packaging Our packaging experts ensure safe packaging of our decorative and home furnishing products so that the quality remains unhampered throughout the transit process. Our entire range is wrapped with crafts paper and then finally in poly bags to prevent atmospheric deterioration. Additionally, our consignments are offered in small and big cardboard boxes, corrugated boxes, cartons, wooden crates and transported to locations as specified by our clients. This ensures that the quality of our Knitting and Weaving & Sewing Accessories is maintained, even after their delivery to the clients.
