Just had to write and applaud you on your online business! I’ve bought from you four times now – three times on ebay and most recently on the website. Hats off to you for clear descriptions, quality products, fair prices, friendly service and a delivery service run, I can only assume, by a superhero. I’m already the proud owner of your sets of 15 sizes of Rosewood & Bamboo straight and circulars in two lengths, but yesterday I decided to order another set of DPN’s to complete my collection. I genuinely didn’t think it was physically possible to order something online at 2pm on a Monday afternoon, and hear it slipped through the letterbox by 9am on the Tuesday morning. But you did it!
